For Avon’s Black Friday / Cyber Monday campaign, I developed a bold creative concept built around the line “Light up this Black Friday.” 


Using Avon’s signature pink as the hero colour, the glowing bulb against a rich, atmospheric backdrop created a striking visual that cut through the noise of the season. 


Rolled out across email, social, print, and web, the campaign delivered record results for the brand driving higher-than-ever engagement rates and sales conversions during one of the most competitive retail weekends of the year.

Lighting up inboxes


The two postcard-style sends built excitement with bold visuals and urgency, while a more shoppable version focused on hero products and strong stock lines. Together, they balanced impact with conversion, helping drive record engagement and sales.

Ads that clicked instantly

As part of the wider Black Friday creative suite, I designed a set of digital banners across multiple ratios, including this wide sky scraper format. The bold use of Avon’s signature pink lighting created instant recognition, while simple, high-contrast messaging like “Save up to 70%” delivered clarity and cut-through across high-traffic ad placements.
