About My Role

I played a key role in elevating the brand’s digital presence through dynamic, innovative designs for web content, social media, and high impact campaign landing page designs, aligning closely with the marketing team and France based brand team. Spearheaded creative process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and drive productivity.


The Challenge

The creative challenge was to convey the essence of fragrances in a way the user could almost smell through the screen.

Bringing fragrances to life through a sensory led, story-driven experience. Rich visuals and editorial layouts that mirror the scent’s notes.

The creative examples here feature the highly anticipated new fragrance 

Il Était Un Bois, a fragrance that combines notes of vetiver with buckwheat and cedarwood accords. 


This page is designed to feel like a calm, elegant journey through the story behind the fragrance. From the start, you’re drawn in by rich, wood-toned visuals that reflect the forest inspiration. 


As you scroll, it unfolds like a magazine, mixing sculptural imagery, soft textures, and personal storytelling. Every element, from the spaced-out text to the earthy palette, is crafted to feel premium and thoughtful, bringing the ingredients and craftsmanship to life. 


It’s less about selling a product, and more about inviting you into the world that inspired it.

Although the brand has a strong visual identity, the email experience wasn’t reflecting that same level of refinement. Templates were dated, difficult to adapt and didn’t support richer storytelling around new launches. 


A redesign allowed us to create a more elegant, consistent and intuitive system that matched the quality of the fragrances.


We I did:


1) Built a consistent, scalable email design system with clear rules.

2) Prioritised mobile responsiveness with simplified asset creation.

3) Established a strong typographic hierarchy with limits and sizing.

4) Created precise spacing and layout rhythm for a premium feel.

5) Standardised image blocks with fixed dimensions and usage rules.

6) Added guardrails for decorative elements to protect brand identity.

7) Set clear CTA styling and hierarchy to improve clarity and consistency.
